Placement Linkages Commencement
Aridhima Medical Education and Research Society (AMERS) follows demand led training approach hence industry linkages are explored and build prior to the commencement of the training programme. We make sure that demand if the required job role exists in the market and offer meaningful employment opportunities to our trained candidates. This will also ensure that every trainee has fair chance of getting a job after successful completion of the training programme. A provisional placement tie up letter is made available before commencement of training.
To facilities placement linkages we have a dedicated team which closely works with a network of placement partners across various sectors and location on an on-going basis for successful placement for candidates.

Process of Placement Support at different Level Centre Level-Placement Executive to search for local placement and collect documents for placement
State Placement
- For our one placement executive or placement manager will be allotted to provide placement support at regional level in terms of OJT, Industry Visits, Sharing placement openings, conducting interviews at clients place or campus drive. State Placement Head is responsible for entire stare placement activities.
HO Placement
- Ho Placement Manager is Responsible for Macro level placement for entire state. Zonal Placement Manager Handles zonal placement activates coordination with placement team in term of quality placement, Documentation, outer state placement etc.
1. Approach for placement Linkages
- Our placement officer and its team contract all the prospective employees and arranges meeting with them to present our interventions and inviting them to visit our training centers and them we sign MOU or the employers provides us letter of intent. After engagement, the employee does the following work for us-

2. Placement Drives
- After we get the agreement done with employee, we organize placement drives or Rozgar mela at our candidates placed. Many employees are invited and the interviews of candidates are conducted. The Employers select the students who match their job profiles and call them for second round interviews at employer’s premises or directly issue offer letters. These placement drives are organized once in a month
3. OJT(On Job Training)
- For OJT’s we take our students for field trips to the employer’s premises to boost their confidence for facing interviews. For OJTs we contact the employees who have signed MOU with us for providing them job along with their training. During the OJT if the employee gets convinced with the candidates, they hire them on payroll basis
4. Job Portals
- We register ourselves on various job portals are we continuously post about job requirement in the portals. This work is done on daily basis and various employers are contacted are them short listed and them placed for jobs
5. Social Media
- We follow different placement oriented pages on Face book and other social media platform that keep on posting job requirement on daily basis. We go through all the job requirements and shortlist the jobs matching with our candidate’s profile. Telecommunication is done with the employee and them employers conduct interviews
The frequency varies depending upon the type of the resource
Employment engagement is a detailed and it consume time but survey related to approaching employers is done on daily basis
On Job Training (OJT) process depends on the employer because the training is providing at employer’s premises. Theses trainings are of week,15
The placement drives are organize once or sometimes twice in a month. The posts related to job requirements and communications with the employee for lining up interviews are done on daily basis
Organizing joint meeting with the placed candidates to share their problems/Struggles if any, Regular Telephonic Follow-ups
